Kim Raap has been active in organized snowmobiling all of his career. He has done so much that I know I cannot mention everything. He has been involved in Club Convention planning for nearly every convention his club has done. He has helped organize and present at ISMA and ACSA. He has written many grants, trail manuals and trained many groomers throughout his career. He helps keep ACSA informed of legal issues and Concerns. He has been recognized by the Iron Dog Brigade for the Distinguished Service Award and Most Valuable Snowmobiler Award from a snowmobile magazine. He is a 2012 Snowmobile Hall of fame Inductee. He left state government work and now runs a business “Trails Work Consulting”. He has done much work in South Dakota and Wyoming and has made a difference in many states Snowmobile trail systems.
